Warranty Terms and Conditions:
- CaseCandy offers a warranty specifically for the screen protector and not for the device on which it is installed.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct installation of the screen protector.
- CaseCandy is not liable for any damage to the device that occurs during the installation process.
- Screen protectors are eligible for replacement under warranty only if they develop natural bubbles or lose their adhesiveness within a period of 3 months.
- Customers must carefully inspect the screen protector after installation to verify that it has been correctly applied, as this can be determined by the naked eye.
- CaseCandy assumes no responsibility for any damage caused to the device during the installation process.
- The purpose of the screen protector is to absorb scratches or impacts to a certain extent. CaseCandy does not accept responsibility for any damage incurred by the device as a result of accidents or incidents beyond its control.
“CaseCandy.in shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time”
